To Apply Applications are normally taken on the first Thursday of each month at the Laborers’ Training & Apprenticeship Institute of Washington D.C. and Vicinity. The evaluation session starts promptly at 8:00am, those applicants arriving after 8:00am will be denied access and required to return the following month.
