Environmental Remediation/Safety Training

In order to complete the program, apprentices must attend an eight hour First Aid/CPR course and they must accumulate, at their own convenience, 80 total hours of Environmental Remediation/Safety Training.  Apprentices may choose from the following list of courses which are normally offered at the Training Center several times throughout the year: 

Hazardous Waste Worker (40/80 Hour)

Asbestos Abatement Worker(40-hours)

Lead Abatement (40-hours)

Pipeline Safety (40-hours)

Underground Storage Tank Removal (24-hours)

Introduction to OSHA (10-hours)

Silica Awareness (8-hours)

Asbestos Abatement Worker Refresher (8-hours)

Hazardous Waste Worker Refresher (8-hours)

Lead Abatement Worker Refresher (8-hours)
